About

About SISKA

The Science and Innovation Summit of Kinshasa, Africa is an annual scientific society and conference platform dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and entrepreneurship across the African continent.

A new tradition: transforming Independence Day into a continental platform for scientific excellence, technological breakthrough, and economic transformation.

Our Mission

To create a world-class platform that connects African scientists, innovators, and entrepreneurs with global peers, fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and sustainable development through rigorous scientific discourse and innovation showcases.

Our Vision

To become Africa's premier scientific summit — a generational institution that elevates African research on the global stage, inspires the next generation of leaders, and catalyzes innovation-driven economic growth across the continent.

Our History

SISKA was founded with the belief that Africa's scientific potential is vast and largely untapped. Beginning as a vision to create a Davos-quality summit rooted in the heart of Africa, SISKA 2027 marks the inaugural edition of what is designed to become an annual institution.

Kinshasa — the vibrant capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo — was chosen as the founding host city, symbolizing the summit's commitment to Pan-African unity and the continent's dynamic future.
